How do I link my Account?
You can link your account online by logging in to your Petstock Rewards account, navigating to the Account page, then the Rewards tab, and follow the simple steps.
Alternatively, you can link the two accounts by seeing any of our friendly team in-store.
Do I need to scan my Everyday Rewards Card every time I shop?
Nope! Once your Everyday Rewards card is linked to your Petstock Rewards account it will remain linked and you will not need to scan your card each time you shop.
What has changed about Petstock rewards?
As a Petstock Rewards member you can still redeem any earned rewards you have on your account, however you will no longer earn Brand Cash or Petstock Dollars on future purchases – instead every customer will get everyday value and earn Everyday Rewards points on your product purchases.
- Any earned Brand Cash and Petstock Dollars you have on your account, will expire as per existing expiry conditions
- Our team will be proactively helping you redeem earned rewards before they expire so you can maximise your savings!

How long will it take for my EDR points to show in my account?
For in-stores purchases (including bonus offers) and Click and Collect orders, your points will appear in your account after approximately fifteen minutes. Online purchases may take a little longer, with points appearing once your purchase has been dispatched to you.
