Pet Cash is the cash for your pet! Enjoy earning Pet Cash on selected products and services in-store and online. These products will be specially marked – so you won’t miss them! Pet Cash is earned in denominations from $1 to $20 and once earnt, Pet Cash can be redeemed on your next shop, on many products or services* including DIY Dog Wash, Puppy School and Grooming appointments.
How does Pet Cash work?
We’re creating a rewarding pet loyalty experience where members earn a simple fixed dollar value on many products and can redeem those dollars on your next shop, on many products or services* including DIY Dog Wash, Puppy School and Grooming appointments, bringing added value to pets and their families.
Earn Pet Cash
Customers can now earn Pet Cash on selected products and services. These products will earn Pet Cash in fixed denominations from $1 to $20 and will be specially marked with their own ticketing – you won’t miss them! The Pet Cash amounts are fixed amounts and will be available on full shelf price or even if the product is on promotion at a lower price e.g. I will earn $5 on a bag of Glow dog food at full RRP, however it’s on sale today for less than RRP but I’ll still get the full $5 in Pet Cash.
Redeem your Pet Cash
Once earned, your Pet Cash can be redeemed on your next shop, on many products or services* including DIY Dog Wash, Puppy School and Grooming appointments!
You will have three months to redeem your Pet Cash from the end of the month in which it was earned, and our friendly team will remind you in-store when it needs to be used, or you can check in regularly online or via our app.
