By partaking in this promotion, each Petstock customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

Promotional Period:
The promotion runs from 26.07.2025 to 26.08.25, exclusively at Petstock Upper Hutt. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the promotion will be accepted.

Eligibility:
• To be eligible to enter the promotion, customers must purchase any bag of ORIJEN™ or ACANA™ dog or cat food from Petstock Upper Hutt during the promotional period.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per customer, provided each qualifying purchase is made within the promotional period.
• Customers must retain their receipt as proof of purchase to validate their entry if they are drawn as the winner.
• Entrants must be signed up to receive Petstock marketing emails to be eligible.
• Employees of Petstock and associated agency staff are not eligible to enter the promotion.

How to Enter:
• Customers will receive one (1) entry for every bag purchased (e.g. purchase an 11.4kg bag & 2kg bag = 2 entries).
• Customers will need to scan a QR Code at checkout and submit their details, in order for their entry to count.

Prize Details:
• One winner will receive a Breville Barista Touch™ Impress Espresso Machine (RRP $2,299.95).
• In the event the prize is unavailable for any reason, Petstock and Nature’s Ki reserve the right to substitute the prize with a similar product, subject to availability.
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The winner is solely responsible for registering the product warranty with Breville. Petstock and Nature’s Ki take no responsibility for the product warranty, or any claims related to it.
• Petstock and Nature’s Ki are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Draw & Notification:
• The winner will be drawn at random by 27.08.2025 and contacted by phone or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, a new winner may be drawn.
• The winner may be required to present proof of purchase to claim their prize.

Privacy:
• By entering, customers agree to their contact details being used by Petstock, ORIJEN™ and ACANA™ for prize notification and future promotional purposes. You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications.
• Customer information will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions:
• Petstock reserves the right to verify purchases and disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or invalid.
• Petstock reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

This competition is open to New Zealand residents under the age of 12 and available at all Petstock stores. Entries must be submitted to your local store along with required details: name of entrant, age of entrant and a contact phone number. Entries are limited to one (1) per person/child. The competition commences 08:00 NZST on 28/06/2025 and concludes at 11:59 NZST on 13/07/2025.
