When can I use my Gift Card

Gift Cards may currently only be redeemed in participating Petstock stores within New Zealand unless otherwise stated.

Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift Card value or the Remaining Gift Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Card value or the Remaining Gift Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

How do I use my Gift Card?

Making a purchase in-store with your Gift Card

Present your Gift Card at the point of sale at a Petstock store with the merchandise that you wish to purchase using that Gift Card. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card. No change will be given for any Remaining Gift Card Value. The Remaining Gift Card Value may be used in whole or part against future purchases. You agree that we can reduce the Remaining Gift Card Value by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorised by you.

Key terms and conditions of use: This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed before the expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Is partially redeemable.

Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on the expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding balance require difference paid by other method. Petstock may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to its business practices or legal obligations. Updated terms will apply to Gift Cards issued after the updated Terms are published.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
