• You merged Pet.co.nz into Petstock? Why?
  With both company's part of the Petstock Group, we’ve recognised that to deliver you even more value, more service and the best shopping experience we possibly can, we need to merge the brands into one, which will be Petstock moving forward.

• What does this mean for my existing Autoship?
  You won’t need to lift a finger! Your Autoship schedule, preferences and payment details will automatically transfer over to Petstock, and your orders will continue to be delivered as they always have.

• Will my order cost me more now?
  Absolutely not! In fact, your Petstock prices will remain the same or be even lower than those on Pet.co.nz thanks to our recent Price Drop campaign.

• Can I collect Everyday Rewards at Petstock too?
  We’re excited to say you will now collect Everyday Rewards points on all your orders at Petstock including Autoship orders. Simply link your Everyday Rewards account to your Petstock Rewards account either online or in-store, and start collecting points on your product purchases today!*

• When did the merger happen?
  It begun last year and has been finalised as of June 10th 2025

• Will my delivery times change?
  Petstock uses the same delivery provider as Pet.co.nz so your delivery times won’t change.

• Can I still get free shipping on orders?
  Yes, free shipping will still apply to all Active Autoship orders over $59 and all non-Autoship orders over $75.

• How many stores does Petstock have and where are they located?
  The Petstock network of stores is growing all the time, and we currently have 17 stores across New Zealand. You can find your nearest store here. We’d love to see you in-store where you can chat with our friendly team for expert advice or use our wide range of services including DIY Dog Wash, Grooming Salons or Puppy School classes. We even have a Petstock Vet co-located in our Constellation Drive store in Rosedale.

• What is the Petstock Foundation?
  The Petstock Foundation is Petstock’s very own charity that exists to help pets improve people’s lives and strengthen this rewarding bond, empowering a better future for both pets and people. 100% of donations to the Petstock Foundation are donated to charities who share our values such as Pet Refuge and Riding for the Disabled, making a positive impact today, and leading change for a better future.
