Comments: I purchased this and all the accessories (hub and mounting adapter) and now have an useable product unless I fully replace the glass in my ranch slider (very expensive) with new glass and then cut a new cat flap. It wasn’t until I had the product and was reading the instructions on the manual that I discovered this cat flap has to be installed at a specific height. My existing old cat flap glass cut is too low. Would not have purchased if the installation height had been declared in the product description. That said, I still think it would be a good product
